Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of our products. PreVent-It soffit vents are guaranteed to be effective and free from defects for up to 1 year from the original purchase date.

If your products arrive damaged or missing parts, or if they fail within one year of the original purchase date due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace or refund them. Please contact us if this happens. Read our full limited warranty information.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 60 days. You'll be refunded to your original payment method. Use our returns page to generate your pre-paid shipping label. Note any shipping & handling fees from the original order are non-refundable.
